In the fall of 2019, Corbin and Marcela met at Tenants of the Trees in Los Angeles. After locking eyes, Sabrina and Nikki gave Marcela a pep talk, encouraging her to go say hi to Corbin.
They instantly connected over shared interests, and Corbin worked up the courage to ask Marcela to join him at the Kaaboo music festival in San Diego. Seeing Mumford & Sons live ended up being their first date (shoutout to Natty B for the tickets!).
Soon after, they decided to take the leap and move in together, splitting their time between Hollywood and New York City. Since then, they’ve been side by side, sharing experiences, laughter, and long journeys — coast to coast. Their connection has only grown stronger with time.
In 2023, they decided it was time to make things official. Before a romantic dinner in Greece, Corbin proposed in front of their beautiful Airbnb. Marcela jumped with joy and, of course, said yes!
Now, after a year of engagement, they’re finally ready to begin the next chapter of their lives together — forever.
